Return & Refund Policy

At ADDRESS, we are committed to delivering elevated essentials crafted with intention and care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
•⁠  ⁠All original tags must be attached
•⁠  ⁠Items must be returned in original packaging
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanges can be done at our physical retail outlets as well.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

•⁠  ⁠The item received is incorrect

If approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer method within 7–14 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
•⁠  ⁠Sale or discounted items
•⁠  ⁠Promotional purchases
•⁠  ⁠Gift cards
•⁠  ⁠Accessories (if applicable for hygiene reasons)

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as ADDRESS is not responsible for lost return parcels.

In-Store Purchases

Exchanges for in-store purchases must be completed at our physical store locations with the original receipt.
